Terms & Conditions

My Day Media provides wedding content creation services, including but not limited to: • Behind-the-scenes video capture • Short-form video content • Social-media-ready edits • 24-hour content delivery (if included in package) We are not a substitute for a professional photographer or videographer.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding. Dates are not secured until payment and a signed contract are received.

Booking fees are non-refundable. If the client cancels, payments made are non-refundable. If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency), we will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement or provide a refund.

The client agrees to: • Inform the venue and other vendors of our presence • Ensure we are permitted to film • Provide accurate schedule information We are not responsible for missed content due to delays, restrictions, or interference from guests or vendors.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specified in writing. Edited and raw content is delivered digitally.

All content is captured and edited in our creative style. By booking, the client acknowledges and accepts our artistic judgment.

All content remains the intellectual property of My Day Media. We reserve the right to: • Use content for portfolio purposes • Share content on social media • Use content for marketing purposes If a client requests privacy, this must be agreed in writing before the wedding.

We are not liable for: • Technical failures beyond our control • Venue restrictions • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

Travel outside Cyprus may incur additional fees. Details will be agreed prior to booking confirmation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
